Zafrani Biryani Masala 50gm
Quick Biryani Recipe (for any meat)
Using Spicishop Biryani Masala and Spicishop Fried Onions.
Ingredients
• 1 kg meat (chicken, beef, mutton)
• 1.5 cups basmati rice (soaked for 30 mins)
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 4 tbsp Spicishop Biryani Masala
• 1/2 cup Spicishop Fried Onions
• 4 cups water/stock
• 4 tbsp oil/ghee
• Salt & green chilies (to taste)
Instructions
1. Cook Meat:
Sauté ginger-garlic paste in oil, add meat, Spicishop Biryani Masala, and Fried
Onions.
Chicken: Cook 5-7 mins.
Beef/Mutton: Add 2 cups water, cook until tender (pressure cooker: 20-25 mins;
pot: 1-1.5 hrs).
2. Add Yogurt & Water:
Mix yogurt, cook 2-3 mins. Add 2 cups water, boil.
3. Cook Rice:
Add soaked rice, 2 more cups water. Cover, cook on low for 15-20 mins.
