Shami Kabab Recipe with Spice Shop Ingredients
Ingredients:
• Meat (Boneless): 1 kg (small cubes)
• Daal Chana: 200 g (1 cup)
• Onions: 250 g (3 medium, chopped)
• Garlic Paste: 2 tbsp
• Ginger Paste: 1 tbsp
• Eggs: 1-2 (whisked)
• Cooking Oil: 500 ml (for frying)
• Spici Shop Shami Kabab Masala 1packet
Steps:
1. Cook meat, lentils, onions, garlic, ginger, and spices in 8-10 cups of water until
tender. Reduce to 2 cups liquid.
2. Grind coarsely, mix in eggs, and shape into 20 patties.
3. Fry until golden. Serve with chutney or sauces
