

Shahi Qorma Masala 50gm

Shahi Qorma Recipe (With Spicishop Shahi Qorma Masala)
Ingredients:
• 1 kg Meat (chicken, mutton, or beef)
• 50g Spicishop Shahi Qorma Masala
• 2 large onions, finely sliced
• 2-3 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 cup yogurt (whisked)
• 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 cup oil or ghee
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
• Whisk the yogurt until smooth and set aside.
2. Cook the Onions:
• Heat the oil or ghee in a large pot over medium heat.
• Add the sliced onions and fry them until golden brown. Set aside half of the fried onions for garnish.
3. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste:
• Add the ginger-garlic paste to the pot and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
4. Add the Shahi Qorma Masala:
• Add 50g of Spicishop Shahi Qorma Masala to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the spices to release their flavors.
5. Cook the Meat:
• Add the meat to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat turns golden brown on all sides.
6. Add Tomatoes and Yogurt:
• Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
• Add the whisked yogurt, stirring well to combine. Let it cook for another 5-7 minutes.
7. Simmer and Cook:
• Add salt to taste and adjust the consistency with water as needed. Let the qorma simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes, or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
8. Garnish and Serve:
• Garnish with the fried onions set aside earlier.
• Serve the Shahi Qorma with naan, roti, or rice.
