Here’s a Shahi Qorma recipe using only the Spicishop Shahi Qorma Masala, with no additional spices or cashews:

 

Shahi Qorma Recipe (With Spicishop Shahi Qorma Masala)

 

Ingredients:

1 kg Meat (chicken, mutton, or beef)

50g Spicishop Shahi Qorma Masala

2 large onions, finely sliced

2-3 tomatoes, chopped

1 cup yogurt (whisked)

2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1/2 cup oil or ghee

Salt to taste

Water as needed

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:

Whisk the yogurt until smooth and set aside.

2. Cook the Onions:

Heat the oil or ghee in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions and fry them until golden brown. Set aside half of the fried onions for garnish.

3. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste:

Add the ginger-garlic paste to the pot and sauté until the raw smell disappears.

4. Add the Shahi Qorma Masala:

Add 50g of Spicishop Shahi Qorma Masala to the pot and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the spices to release their flavors.

5. Cook the Meat:

Add the meat to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat turns golden brown on all sides.

6. Add Tomatoes and Yogurt:

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.

Add the whisked yogurt, stirring well to combine. Let it cook for another 5-7 minutes.

7. Simmer and Cook:

Add salt to taste and adjust the consistency with water as needed. Let the qorma simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes, or until the meat is tender and cooked through.

8. Garnish and Serve:

Garnish with the fried onions set aside earlier.

Serve the Shahi Qorma with naan, roti, or rice.
