Recipe With spicishop Nihari Masala
Ingredients:
• 1 kg meat (4-6 pieces)
• 2 kg bones (with marrow)
• 1 medium onion (sliced)
• 1 cup flour (mixed with 2 cups water)
• 1 cup cooking oil
• 1 packet Spicishop Nihari Masala (mixed with ½ cup water)
Instructions:
1. Heat ½ cup oil, add meat and Spicishop Nihari Masala .Cook until oil
separates.
2. Add 18 cups of water and bones. Bring to a boil, then cover and cook (Beef 6
hrs, Goat/Lamb 4 hrs, Chicken 3 hrs).
3. Remove bones, add marrow to the gravy.
4. Slowly add the flour mixture, stir, and cook for 15 minutes.
5. Fry the onion in the remaining oil until golden, then add to Nihari. Simmer for
10 minutes.
6. Remove extra oil before serving. Enjoy
