Quick Karahi Recipe
Using Spicishop Karahi Masala for a flavorful, fast dish!
Ingredients
• 1 kg meat (chicken, beef, mutton)
• 1-2 tomatoes (chopped)
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 4 tbsp Spicishop Karahi Masala
• 2-3 green chilies (slit)
• 1/2 cup Spicishop Fried Onions
• 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
• 4 tbsp oil/ghee
• Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Cook Meat:
Heat oil/ghee in a wok (karahi), add ginger-garlic paste, sauté for 1 min. Add meat,
cook until browned.
Chicken: 5-7 mins.
Beef/Mutton: Add 1 cup water, cook until tender (pressure cooker: 20-25 mins,
pot: 1-1.5 hrs).
2. Add Tomatoes & Karahi Masala:
Add chopped tomatoes, Spicishop Karahi Masala, and cook until tomatoes soften (5-
7 mins).
3. Add Yogurt (Optional):
Stir in yogurt (optional), cook until oil separates.
4. Finish & Serve:
Garnish with green chilies , Serve with naan or rice
