Quick White Pulao Recipe with spicishop
Ingredients
- 1 kg meat (chicken/beef/mutton)
- 1.5 cups basmati rice (soaked 30 mins)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 4 tbsp Spicishop White Pulao Masala
- 1/2 cup Spicishop Fried Onions
- 4-5 cups water/stock
- 4 tbsp oil/ghee
- 3-4 green chilies (slit)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the Meat:
- Heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add meat, Spicishop Masala, and Fried Onions.
Chicken: Cook for 5-7 mins on medium heat.
Beef/Mutton: Add 2 cups water and cook until tender (Pressure cooker: 20-25 mins; Pot: 1-1.5 hrs).
2. Add Yogurt: • Mix in yogurt and cook for 2-3 mins until oil separates.
3. Add Rice:
- Pour 4 cups water, bring to boil, and add soaked rice.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 mins on low heat.
