Quick White Pulao Recipe with spicishop

Ingredients

  • 1 kg meat (chicken/beef/mutton)
  • 1.5 cups basmati rice (soaked 30 mins)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 4 tbsp Spicishop White Pulao Masala
  • 1/2 cup Spicishop Fried Onions
  • 4-5 cups water/stock
  • 4 tbsp oil/ghee 
  • 3-4 green chilies (slit)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Cook the Meat:

  • Heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add meat, Spicishop Masala, and Fried Onions.

Chicken: Cook for 5-7 mins on medium heat.

Beef/Mutton: Add 2 cups water and cook until tender (Pressure cooker: 20-25 mins; Pot: 1-1.5 hrs).

2. Add Yogurt: • Mix in yogurt and cook for 2-3 mins until oil separates.

3. Add Rice:

  • Pour 4 cups water, bring to boil, and add soaked rice.
  • Cover and simmer for 15-20 mins on low heat.
4. Serve: Garnish with Fried Onions and green chilies. Serve with raita or chuatni
